I started my random list for today, then J emailed and told me to read his blog, which I did, only to find that he had blogged a random list as well...hmpf...oh well...heres mine:
1) Couldn’t resist a raisin bun from Bread Top this morning – then I’m walking out of QV and see Mrs. Fields – gotta stop off for a raspberry muffin…get into work and I’m on my second cup of green tea – and not feeling great…again…this is not good…
2) S emailed to remind me about the Herringbone sale that starts today…gotta make a stop off after work!
3) Ds in sunny Queensland - and I wanna go…hmm…but is it worth it for 2 days? I mean it is, but it isn’t…but it IS!
4) Stove update: its out of action for the time being…as in we’re not using it, touching it or walking anywhere near it! I still can’t believe it “blew up” on me…twice – stupid thing!
5) Footy tipping has started again – hope I win something!
6) Last night I met someone I haven’t seen in like…10 years…that plus I discovered theres an “Oxley” crew in Citylife – how exciting!! Tonights gonna be a night of flipping through year books – and laughing!!
7) News travels sooo quickly...sometimes tooo quickly…
8) I’ve psyched myself up to clean my office desk today – theres stuff everywhere…files, paper, photos, toys, pens…and dust! Its just gross…I’m cleaning it today for sure…hmm…have to keep telling myself that or else I’ll just leave it - again…
9) Need to research phone plans…had a girls discussion about this last night…was told for the hundredth time that I’m getting ripped off – its just not cool anymore!
10) We’ve just loaded this instant chat thing onto the computers at work – its really cool…and yes, ok J I know you’ve had it for like forever, but we just got it and its so fun fun fun! Apart from the fact that its taking me ages to type this coz the window keeps popping up!
11) So should I join? Its a really really good deal and if everyone else joins, its totally gonna be the best fun ever – but on the flip side, theres no way I’m gonna travel half an hour to work out…its just too far!

13) I think I need another photo frame – sticking photos on walls just doesn’t cut it anymore!

THANKS for calling! Was a wonderful surprise and much needed comfort in the midst of all the running around and trying to figure out what to do…really really appreciate it! Talk about timing! So chocolate and calls - seem to be the way to go!
Praying today will be blessed beyond imagination...

Oh well…at least you have stuff to “fix” – should keep you occupied! And and and…tomorrow you’ll come in and it’ll all be sorted! Hip hip hooray! “Superman” saves the day!
Focus and keep at it - the chocolate should keep you going for…half an hour?! After that, think you may on your own! :) If you need more "supplies," let me know!

Pool and Pancakes
A night out on Chapel sees us visit Legends...
Followed by a stop-off at Chapellis for coffee. However, one look at the menu and I can't resist pancakes!

Hope the rest of your day goes “quickly” and that you have fun catching up with all your friends again tonight…eat heaps…umm…yeah pile on the weight – remember MUSCLE weight, not fat! Not that you’ll have a problem!
Hmm…I think by the time I get home you may still be at work so I’ll try post again! That’s if I don’t get caught up at country road for too long! We'll see!! :)

Hello S!
I’m suffering from MAJOR lack of sleep - why?! Coz I kept thinking about the “u dun” thing…and I STILL haven’t figured it out - I’m totally lost…and I can’t remember!
Then…I got up at 6:30am to get into the city by 8am to go shopping at Country Road – special VIP event, extra 20% off for today only! It was sooo crowded though - crowded as in it took me over 20 minutes to check out at the counter! And I had to leave in order to get to work not too late, but but but (in the words of you!) I didn’t finish looking at everything, so I’m going back at lunch…46 mins and counting! Hehe
Oh…how much longer are you at Citibank?

It is not unfair that I get to go home and you’re only about to have lunch – I started 3 hours…ok…maybe 2 hours and 20 minutes, before you! :)
Plus - I'm not going home yet...still 55 minutes to go! hehe

OK, I'm going for lunch...its kinda cold though - and raining outside...brrr...not good - only consolation is that this will hopefully bring an absolutely fantastic boarding season! Hmmm...ok I know its only March but still...July is just around the corner! hehe
Hudsons is calling me...their hot white chocolate is my new replacement of the skinny chai latte - its the bomb - you should try it...actually, do you even have Hudsons over there?! On another note, even if you did, you'd probably want to get an ICED hot white chocolate...if that makes sense...ok...I better get going...thoughts starting to scatter...brain no longer functioning! :)

Wheres the washing?!
Saturday afternoon I separate the dirty clothes in need of washing into 2 groups.
Group 1 is placed in the machine, ready to be washed and hung out on Sunday.
Group 2 is placed in the basket, ready to be washed and hung out after Group 1 has been done.
…
Sunday afternoon I come home and find Group 2 missing. Group 1 is still in the machine though so I start the load and go in search of Group 2. After walking around the house and seeing no sign of clothes, I ask Ben if he knows where they are.
He tells me “they’re out on the line”…
I think “cool, he emptied the washing machine of Group 1, washed Group 2, hung them out to dry, then put Group 1 back in ready for me to wash – weird but at least he did SOMETHING!”
I walk outside to check the clothes all pegged and blowing in the wind: "nice – not bad!”
I walk back inside and comment its strange that he would do the washing in such a weird order but if it works for him, I’m fine with it!
He stares at me blankly.
I realise somethings wrong.
OMG it clicks - he didn’t do the washing! He thought I had washed Group 2 the night before so he just hung them out in the morning! I start laughing. Kim starts laughing. Ben starts smiling…
…
Apparently whilst hanging the clothes outside, he commented to Kim that his t-shirt still smelled “sweaty”. Kim sniffed and put it down to the “washing detergent smell,” so they carried on…hanging DRY, dirty clothes onto the line!
Ewww…gross! But totally funny! :)
