Ipoh

Went to Ipoh..."Y" ah?!

For the food...

glorious food!

Mmmmm...

you have NO idea what you missed out on!

Iced coffee...

and still smiling, although not for much longer! But not to worry - whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger!

On top of the...slide! Might as well be on top of the world!

When in Malaysia, do as the Malaysians do - SQUAT!

Visited a cave...

Small hole going to join big hole!

A little turtle outside the cave! So cute!

Someone got poked by a branch...

but we won't name names! :)

NB: If the right foot gets tired, use the left!

Passed a sewage tank - make that a HUGE sewage tank...on stilts!

ok so I'm not entirely sure of the accuracy of that, but still - its pretty cool! hehe

A road trip definitely worth while! :)

NSL HK '07

The adventures of Nina, Siew and Liz, Hong Kong, '07.

Here we come! Didn't trust anyone with our cameras so we ended up taking photos of our reflections!

Girls go to Hong Kong for one thing and one thing only - to SHOP!

Mong Kok

Ladies market

Shopping heaven!

Can u say Armani?!

Ok, next stop...YUM CHA! Hmmm...so how exactly do we get there?!

We arrived only to find it wasn't open yet...oh well...any excuse to take random shots!

NSL HK 07 - wonder if it'll still be there in 10 years time?!

So honky ah! :)

Finally, it opened! And cost us a bomb!

Went to the peak...

sunset...

plus starbucks...

equals...

We also went on an hour long WALK in search of these grey fish balls and king prawn wontons! TOTALLY worth it though!

We also tried home made fish ball noodles!

5 desserts for 4 people...gotta love it!

We learnt that taking the bus can be quite "cheap" (thanks to observing that commuters just threw any amount of money into the tray without paying attention to the stated fare!) so we took the hike out to Stanley Market - one problem though - it was pretty..."bare" (something about it being winter over there even though it was still 20-something degrees!), so we climbed onto the rocks for "beach" photos!

Major discovery: Melbourne in Hong Kong!! haha

Took the star ferry...

and the tram just for fun!

"Jump on 3!"

Visited the Avenue of Stars

Jackie Chan!

ooh ooh Jet Li!

Ray, me, Teresa

Hong Kong skyline

Symphony of Lights

3 in a single bed! We fit! haha

And that concludes our "awe-some" trip!
